Physician staff can be accessed after hours, if needed.  State-of-the-art diagnostic services are nearby on the Truman Medical Center Health Sciences District campus.

Our primary care physicians provide you and your family with excellent care, including the treatment of high cholesterol, osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, and skin disorders, among other services.

Diabetes Care Management

We provide quality, one-stop care, helping you to manage your diabetes on a planned, rather than episodic basis.  Our comprehensive "team approach" connects you with specially trained physicians and nursing staff.  We also can help coordinate your care with other specialty service providers, such as ophthalmology, endocrinology, podiatry, and other referrals as needed, all from one convenient location.  We'll help you successfully set and reach your individual goals, in managing your diabetes.
